ASIAN SHARES


Asia Pacific stocks rebounded slightly on Friday, July 13, 2012, as investors bought undervalued stocks following steep recent selloff. Chinese GDP figure might not be good, but most of the economic weakness has been already priced into stocks recently, buoying up market participants for value buying. Equities in Asia had mostly fallen the previous few days amid speculation that China's growth may have slowed more than the consensus 7.6% forecast.
